External staircase leads to the first floor with entrance hall, living / bedroom with a sofa (fold-out bed and a prolonged bed), satellite TV with set-top box and access to the balcony. Kitchen with 4-seat dining table, two bar stools, fridge, electric cooker with ceramic hob, microwave, kettle and coffee machine. Bathroom with bath, washbasin and toilet. Second bathroom with shower, sink and toilet, bedroom with two single beds, sitting area, fridge, kettle, TV and bedroom with a double bed, a single bed, sitting folding extra bed, fridge and kettle. These areas are accessible both from the inside and from the covered balcony. Central heating. Enclosed garden, terrace, garden furniture, fireplace and grill. Parking by the house.

Pets are not allowed. Washing machine and WiFi connection at disposal. After consultation, landlord gives two bikes to rent. Power consumption shall be paid on spot. On the ground floor at the rear of the house is a small apartment where the landlord can stay from time to time for maintenance. Suitable for a maximum of 7/9 persons.
