Kitchen with dining table for 6 people, fireplace and ceramic hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and dishwasher. First bedroom with a double bed, a single bed and LCD TV. Bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. On the lower ground floor lounge with sitting area, kitchen, darts, radio, washing machine, fireplace and entrance to the garden. Second toilet, shower and sauna. Table football available. In the attic the first bedroom with a double bed, a single bed and TV. Second bedroom with a double bed, a cot and TV. Heating of the building with a fireplace and electric heaters. Guests can enjoy a fenced garden with a seating area and a fireplace. A children's house and a sandpit are available for children. Parking directly in front of the house for 2 vehicles.

In southern Bohemia, in the lucrative tourist town of Český Krumlov, 22 km from the Lipno Dam and 24 km from České Budějovice. The house is located in a quiet place near the Vltava river and about 5 minutes walk from the historic center. Directly in Český Krumlov, which is a UNESCO World Heritage Site, a number of attractions await you, including a castle, chateau, museums, cafes, sightseeing cruises on the Vltava river, and above all a beautiful medieval center. In the vicinity you can also visit the ruins of Dívčí Kámen (13 km), see the monastery in Zlatá Koruna (9 km), take the cable car to Kleť Mountain (12 km), walk in the treetops in Lipno nad Vltavou (31 km) or discover the beauties of the Lipno Dam and its surroundings.
