Description of accommodation

Stylishly furnished hunting lodge situated in a secluded place with sauna and garden encircled by trees for perfect privacy offers serene stay for friendly families, sports camps, corporate teambuildings, etc.
Entrance, large common room with seating for up to 30 guests, piano, fireplace and bar equipped with sink, induction hob, kettle, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, fridge with freezer and dishwasher. From here there is access to the room with finnish sauna for 6 people, shower, basin and washing machine. Spacious hallway for storing bikes, sports equipment or strollers. On the ground floor there is also a living room in a hunting style with a stylish fireplace, seating area by the TV, sofa bed (extra bed for 1 person), single bed and play corner for children. Dining room with dining table for 8 people, wood-fired stove and open kitchen equipped with electric stove with oven, microwave, kettle and fridge with freezer. Bathroom with bathtub, basin,changing table and separate toilet.
Upstairs there are three bedrooms in total. The first with eight beds (1x double bed, 2x single beds, 2x bunk beds) and seating on armchairs, the second with six beds (1x double bed, 2x single beds, 1x bunk bed), sofa and baby cot and the third with five beds (1x double bed, 1x single bed, 1x bunk bed). There is also a bathroom with shower, toilet and basin. The spacious hallway upstairs serves as a seating area. Heating of the building provided by central heating with solid fuels or electric boiler.
The property includes an unfenced garden with seating in front and behind the cottage, a portable grill, a firepit, a hammock and a sandpit for children. Plenty of parking spaces at the property.

Location description

In northern Bohemia, on the border of the protected landscape areas of Elbe sandstone mountains and Lusatian mountains, in a secluded spot behind the village of Lipnice, 6 km north of Česká Kamenice and 21 km east of Děčín. Here, far from civilization, you can relax in complete silence surrounded by nature and with your presence alone you will not disturb anyone. The territory of Bohemian Switzerland, so famous for its deep canyons, gorges and sandstone towns, is at your fingertips, and therefore this place will especially delight those of you who like to spend your time actively in nature, whether by taking trips on foot, in the saddle of a bicycle or perhaps on skis if winter weather permits.
Head to the Jetřichovické stěny (5.5 km), the romantic ruins of the Dolský mlýn (7.5 km) on the Kamenice river (location of of fairy tales filming) or hike along the educational trail Gabrielina stezka to the famous Pravčická brána (19 km), the largest sandstone arch in Europe. You can go to the Kyjovské údolí (6.5 km) on your own or with a geologist or botanist on a popular educational excursion (follow www.npcs.cz for current dates). A unique natural phenomenon worth adding to your itinerary is the monumental basalt rock Zlatý vrch (5.5 km).
For adrenaline lovers, there is a bike park in Polevsko (15 km), an adrenaline park in Jedlová (17 km) or via ferratas “Uchem Jehly” (7 km) and “Kavárnička” (9 km). Fans of military history will be thrilled by a guided tour of the underground factory Rabštejn (9 km), which was used to produce aircraft parts during World War II.
