Free standing, wooden and stylish cottage from the year 1900! Entry, hall, living room with sofa for 3 persons, dining table for 6 people, fireplace stove and television (antenna, about 18 programs of which 8 are in German). Simple kitchen with two electric cooking plates, electric oven with grill, refrigerator, coffeemaker and the kettle. Bedroom with a single bed. Corridor and bathroom with shower and toilet. Stairs to the attic with a small hall and two cosy bedrooms - one with two separate beds and the second with a king size bed and one single bed. Electric heating or with the fireplace stove. There is a fenced garden, a large terrace with garden furniture and parasol, a portable grill and fireplace. Parking in the garden.

Cot available on request and for a fee EUR 20,-/week, at disposal also high chair and potty. Pets are not allowed. The consumption of electricity over 50 kWh per week shall be paid on the spot. The house is suitable for a maximum of 5/6 persons.

In the Luzice mountains, the beautiful protected area called "Czech Switzerland”, about 5 km southwest of the city Krasna Lipa, and only 15 km from the border with Germany. Holiday Home stands on the edge of a small village Doubice, in the midst of the beautiful landscapes well known for its sandstone rock formations (the most famous one is called "Gate of Pravcice"). Rocks and stones from the area were exported to Holland for the construction of dams in the past. The whole area is known for its gorgeous nature and it has become a popular recreational area. Surroundings are ideal for hiking, cycling (many beautiful hiking and cycling trails), the pursuit of other sports activities and visits to various landmarks - the ruins of the Tolstejn 10 km, rock formation "Gate of Pravcice" 18 km, the rock formation "Lord Rock" 19 km , Ruin Column 27 km, Castle Benesov nad Ploucnici over 28 km, Zakupy castle 32 km.
Distances: the essential grocery 300 m, supermarket (Rumburk) 10 km, four restaurants 50 m to 300 m. Natural swimming pool (Kyjov) 3 km, indoor swimming pool (Rumburk) 10 km, sauna in a nearby hotel 300 m. Tennis courts and children playground with wooden castles, climbing frames and swings only 30 m! Horse back riding is available almost next to the house - 50 m. Bicycle rental 30 m.
