Detached cottage in its own, partially fenced garden, comfortably furnished with many historic artifacts. Entrance, hall, living room with dining table for 6-8 people, two single beds, radio, LCD TV and fireplace. Separate kitchen with smaller dining table and a single bed. Kitchen with two-burner electric stove, microwave, refrigerator, kettle and kitchenware. On the ground floor there is a bathroom with shower and sink, from which there is access to a separate toilet. Upstairs in the attic 2 separate bedrooms, the first with a double bed and one single bed, in the second bedroom a double bed and a sitting area with a coffee table. From the second bedroom is the entrance to a smaller room with a sink. Central attic gallery with seating and the possibility of learning about many historic artifacts. Heating of the cottage by stove with hot air distribution. Guests have outdoor seating at the cottage, a garden pavilion with benches, barbecue and a garden swing. Parking by the cottage for 2 cars.

Pets allowed (for a fee € 18,-/pet/week). Electricity consumption 50 kWh included, clients pay for the overconsumption on the spot before departure. Refundable deposit EUR 150, -. The cottage is suitable for a maximum of 6 people + 1 child under 12 years. In the vicinity of the cottage it is possible to observe bulls in closed fences.

In northern Bohemia, 5 km west of Krásná Lípa and 14 km southwest of the border with Germany. The cottage is located in semi-solitude, just one kilometre from the Bohemian Switzerland National Park, where you can choose from an inexhaustible number of hiking trails with beautiful views, lookout towers, or rock castles and caves. We recommend visiting for example the Fairy Cave, which impresses with its unique ice decoration, or the symbol of the Czech Switzerland National Park - the Pravčice Gate. There are several castles in the vicinity - Falkenštejn (12 km), Tolštejn (15 km) or Česká Kamenice (23 km). Beer and chocolate lovers will love the nearby Krásná Lípa. On the square you will find brewery Křinický, where you can taste Falkenstein beer. At the other end of the square is the Mana chocolate factory. In the chocolate shop you can watch how candies, pralines and chocolate bars are made. You can also try to work with the chocolate for yourself and then eat product you made.
