The historic cottage on the village square, which has undergone a complete renovation in 2025, will surprise you with its comfortably furnished interior in a modern rustic style and a garden providing undisturbed privacy for its guests.
Entrance, on the left hand side, passage from the hallway through the kitchen equipped with a hob, oven, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, fridge with freezer and dishwasher to the living room with a wood-burning stove, dining table, sofa bed (full extra bed for 2 people) and TV. On the right side of the cottage, a bedroom with a double bed. The bathroom with a shower, toilet, basin and washing machine is accessible from the hallway. The living room is heated by a wood-burning stove and the bedroom with a bathroom by electric heaters.

In South Bohemia, in the quiet village of Němčice, 7 km southeast of town of Netolice and 18 km from the center of České Budějovice.
The location of the accommodation in the cultural landscape of the České Budějovice Basin, due to its flat profile, predetermines to undertake undemanding cycling trips with stops at the countless ponds for which the area is so famous. On your journeys you will pass through typical South Bohemian villages such as Mahouš, Lipanovice, Malé Chrášťany, Zvěřetice, Záboří and the most famous of them Holašovice, with buildings in the style of rural baroque, which are under UNESCO heritage protection for their extraordinary historical value. For more demanding hiking, however, you can head to the hilly and densely forested Blanský les Protected Landscape Area with a lookout tower on the highest mountain Kleť (23 km to the cable car), the ruins of the Dívčí kámen castle above the Vltava river meander (25 km) and the Cistercian monastery Zlatá Koruna (28 km). Another interesting example of sacral architecture is the Marian pilgrimage site Lomec (13 km) hidden in the middle of the forests. Among the secular historical monuments within driving distance, it is worth visiting the Kratochvíle chateau (9 km), the Ohrada hunting lodge (17 km) and the famous romantic chateau Hluboká n. Vltavou (18 km) in the neo-Gothic style.
