First apartment - entrance, dining room with dining table for 8 persons and kitchen. Kitchenette with ceramic hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle and tableware. Bathroom with shower, two sinks and toilet. Two bedrooms in the attic. First with a double bed, two single beds and an LCD TV. Second bedroom with a double bed, a single bed and an LCD TV.
Second apartment - entrance, dining room with dining table for 4 persons and kitchen. Kitchenette with ceramic hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle and tableware. Bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. In the attic bedroom with a double bed, a single bed and an LCD TV.
Third apartment - entrance, dining room with dining table for 6 people and kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, kettle, refrigerator and kitchenware. Bathroom with sink and shower. Separate toilet. In the attic there is the first bedroom with three single beds and LCD TV. Second bedroom with a double bed, a single bed and LCD TV.
The house is centrally heated. Guests have at their disposal a stylish, fenced garden, roofed seating area in a large pergola with a grill, rattan chairs and a well-equipped playground in the garden. The children's playground, swimming pool and netball court are shared with another house in the complex. Parking for up to 10 vehicles at the property.Part of accommodation

In South Bohemia, on the edge of the quiet village Žitná, 7 km from the town of Netolice and 18 km west of the popular pond Dehtář. The place is ideal for cyclists and hikers with its mostly flat terrain and number of educational paths and cycle trails around the ponds (some trails are directly in front of the house). Among the sights in the area worth visiting are undoubtedly the Kratochvíle Castle (6 km), ruins of the Helfenburk Castle (23 km), the Dehtář Pond (18 km), the Hluboká Castle (28 km) and the historic town of Netolice (7 km). Thanks to the large number of bike trails, all the surrounding attractions are perfectly accessible by bike.
