Kitchen with ceramic hob, el. oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge / freezer, kettle and dining table for 3 persons. Bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. The second bathroom has a bath and two sinks. First bedroom with a double bed. Second bedroom with two single beds. The third bedroom also has two single beds and an extra bed to the floor. Heating electric and by the fireplace. The house stands on its own enclosed grounds with a large garden (1.400m2), garden furniture, portable barbecue, a pool with a diameter of 3.6 meters and a campfire place. For the children there are sandpit, swing, slide and trampoline. Parking in the front of the house and one car can park in the garden.

The location is ideal for families with children, nature trips and South Bohemian attractions. For example, Hluboká nad Vltavou is known as a tourist and cultural center. Here you will find a beautiful castle with a well-kept park and a wide range of cultural and sporting facilities. Hunting Castle Ohrada and Zoo located 2 km from the center of Hluboká. Directly behind the zoo is a beautiful riding school with the possibility to ride. After a short walk you reach the large recreational lake Bezdrev, where you can swim.
