Entrance, hallway, living room with dining table for 6 persons, fireplace, television, video, radio and access to a covered terrace. Open kitchen with electric stove, electric oven, fridge, kettle and microwave oven. Bathroom with shower, separate toilet. Upstairs there are two bedrooms. First with a double bed and one single bed and the other with two double beds, closet and sitting area. A second separate toilet. Central gas heating and a gas fireplace. The house stands on a fenced land, there is a roofed terrace with garden furniture and garden grill at disposal. Parking on a fenced land.

In South Bohemia, stunning location, in the picturesque village Zlata Koruna, about 5 km northeast of the historical town of Cesky Krumlov (urban area, under the UNESCO world heritage site). The house stands almost in the centre of the town, yet offers complete peace and privacy. The sunny terrace offers a wonderful view of the surrounding countryside and the river Vltava. The surrounding area offers excellent conditions for sports and cultural activities in the area there are also many historical monuments. Monastery Zlata Koruna 500m, town Cesky Krumlov with many romantic streets, restaurants with terraces, a beautiful castle, a unique outdoor theatre and all amenities is only 5 km away. The ruins Divci Kamen 5 km, the lookout tower at the top of the mountain Klet (1083 m) 10 km, castle Rozmberk 30 km, south Bohemian metropolis Ceske Budejovice 20 km, chateau Hluboká nad Vltavou, hunting lodge Ohrada and zoological garden 28 km.
