Entrance, corridor with refrigerator and freezer, kitchen with dining table for 6 people, gas stove with electric oven, kettle, coffee maker and microwave oven. Bathroom with shower, bathtub and separate toilet. Bedroom with three single beds. Upstairs there is a living room and a bedroom. Living room with sofa (can be used as an extra bed) and TV. Bedroom with one double bed, one single bed. Heating with fireplace stoves and electric heaters. Completely fenced garden with roofed pergola, wooden garden furniture, fireplace, portable grill, sandbox, small children's slide and children's pool. Upon agreement, the possibility of lockable bicycle space. Parking in front of the object or in the garden.

Pets allowed - only small breed. A washing machine is available. Bed linen or possibility to rent for a fee. The electricity consumption is paid on site. Possibility of renting the house for a fee of CZK 1000, - / week. The object is suitable for a maximum of 5 - 8 persons + 1 baby. The price is valid for 5 persons. Upon agreement possible extra bed CZK 1.500,-/week (two extra beds in the form of a sofa bed and one extra bed as a mattress).

In south Bohemia, in a picturesque village Purkarec, near the dam Hnevkovice, ca. 10 km north of the town Hluboka nad Vltavou. The house has a realy strategic location suitable for walking, cycling, swimming and fishing. There are many cultural and historical landmarks in the surrsoundings - such as „Vorarske“ museum, which is only 100 m from the house, Karluv Hradek - a romantic ruin of a royal residence only 2 km, in the distance of 10 km is the town Hluboka nad Vltavou, which offers a beautiful castle, hunting lodge Ohrada with a ZOO, golf course, tennis court, nice out-door swimming pool with water slide, possibility of horse back riding and much more.
Distances: Basic foods and restaurant (Purkarec) 200 m. More shops, restaurants, supermarket and all social activities (Hluboka nad Vltavou) 10 km or (Tyn nad Vltavou) 15 km. Swimming, water sports, fishing (permit requiered) and possibility of boat cruises on a dam Hnevkovice just 200 meters from the house!
