Kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, fridge/freezer, coffee maker (capsules are not included), kettle, microwave, toaster, washing machine, tableware and dishwasher. First bedroom with a double bed and access to the balcony. Second bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed. Bathroom with shower, sink and hairdryer. Separate toilet. The house is centrally heated. There is a fenced garden with a pergola, a garden grill and table tennis. The garden has direct access to a well-equipped playground. Parking for 3 vehicles in front of the house.

In South Bohemia, in the unique village of Holašovice, approximately 15 km west of České Budějovice and 28 km north of Český Krumlov. The house is located directly in Holašovice, which belongs to the UNESCO heritage thanks to the rural baroque houses and it is considered as one of the most beautiful villages in Czech Republic. Directly in the village you can visit the system of giant stones, also known as "South Bohemian Stonehenge" or the annual Peasant Festivities with stands and folk crafts. The area with mostly flat landscape is also suitable for cycling with a large number of cycling paths around the South Bohemian ponds or local sights. We recommend the attractive ruins of Dívčí kámen (16 km), Kratochvíle State Castle (16 km), the famous Hluboká Castle with a nearby zoo (19 km), or České Budějovice (15 km) with the Samson Fountain and the Black Tower lookout. You can spend the whole day in Český Krumlov (28 km), where await a castle with a large garden, museums, the historic center and other attractions.
