Detached older holiday house with a cosy equipment. Entrance, hall, living room with a sitting suite for 5 persons, satellite TV-set, tile stove. Living kitchen with a dining table for 8 persons and a tile stove, kitchenette with four electric hot plates, refrigerator, coffee-maker, tea-kettle and microwave oven. Double bed. Bathroom with a bath and a shower. Separate toilet. Upstairs you will find a hall with an extra bed and two spacious bedrooms – one with a double bed and a bed (1,5 bed) and the second with two single beds. Electric heating or with a fire-stove. The garden is partially fenced. Garden furniture with a parasol, mobile grill, fire pit, whilpool and a round swimming pool with a diameter of 3,6 m at disposal. Own parking place.

Non-smoker house. Pets are not allowed. Washing machine, bedlinen, towels and dish-clothes at disposal. In the summer season also WiFi. The consumption of electricity shall be paid on the spot. Whirlpool at the house of the owner for a fee of CZK 200,-/hour/4-5 persons. In the winter season is whirlpool and WiFi not in operation. There is another house of the owner on the same plot and the owner might stay there from time to time. The house is suitable for max. 6/8 persons.

In eastern Bohemia, at the edge of the village Vysoká Srbská, ca. 12 km to the east of the town Náchod and only 4 km from the border with Poland. Recreational house stands in a protected landscape area “Broumovsko”, which is well-know for its beautiful nature with many sandstone rocks and rock-formations. From the terrace of the house you can enjoy a wonderful view of the green – of the garden and brook, which flows around the garden. The surroundings offer many possibilities and trip destinations – hiking through the countryside with a many woods and rock formations, rock-climbing, cycling, picking up the forest fruits and mushrooms, within 12 – 34 km you can find 4 chateaus (Náchod, Ratibořice, Nové Město nad Metují and Opočno), monastery Police nad Metují 7 km and pretty ZOO-safari in Dvůr Králové nad Labem 47 km.
Distances: Shop with foodstuff 500 m, restaurant and supermarket (Hronov) 4 km. Aquapark – spa with mineral wells in Poland (Kudowa) 8 km. Swimming pool (Velký Dřevíč) 5 km and (Police) 7 km.
