Fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, microwave with grill, fridge/freezer, kettle, tableware and dishwasher. Possibility of draft beer from the owner with a tap directly in the kitchen. Common room with dining table for 8 persons, two single beds, LCD TV with DVD and wood-burning stove. Two bedrooms, each with a double bed and one single bed. First bathroom with bathtub and two sinks. Second bathroom with two showers, sink and toilet. Second separate toilet. Central electric heating + local stove. There is a non-fenced garden in front of the cottage, stylish garden seating, grill with smokehouse and fireplace. Parking by the cottage for 3 cars.

Pets allowed (for a fee € 18,-/pet/week). WiFi connection included (available by agreement with the lessor). Consumption of electricity is paid on the spot before departure. The building is suitable for a maximum of 6 persons + 2 persons on single beds in the living room + baby.

In eastern Bohemia, on the outskirts of the village Vernéřovice, about 15 km east of Adršpach and 30 km north of the town of Náchod. The cottage is located near the forest, in the middle of a beautiful nature conservation area "Broumovsko" with famous rock walls and formations. In the vicinity there are many trip destinations and above all a unique landscape with many forests and rocks (Adršpach-Teplice Rocks - 15 km), which are popular for climbing. Near the cottage are good conditions for hiking and cycling. If you like history you should visit local castles - castle Meziměstí (5 km), ruins of Adršpach castle (16 km), Teplice nad Metují castle (9 km), or Náchod (30 km). For a one-day trip especially with children you can choose the beautiful Safari Zoo in Dvůr Králové nad Labem (58 km) or the Rozkoš reservoir near Česká Skalice (44 km). Near the cottage there are also several possibilities for swimming - Meziměstí (5 km), Teplice nad Metují (9 km) or Police nad Metují (14 km). In Police nad Metují you will find the museum of the legendary Merkur construction set. Do not miss the Walzel center (Meziměstí, 5 km), which offers a restaurant, bowling bar, fitness, salt cave, climbing wall and the most modern shooting range in Central Europe.
