Freestanding, luxury holiday cottage, in 2008 newly built and very well equipped. The house is very spacious, to you there ia almost 160 m2 living space to disposal. Entry into the hall with a fireplace. Cozy living room with sofa, fireplace and TV. The living room is connected to the kitchen with a dining table, electric cooker with ceramic hob and a convection oven, fridge / freezer (2x), coffee machine, kettle, microwave owen and dishwasher. Electronic arrows available. From the hall there is an access in to a two bathrooms. Both bathrooms are equipped with shower, washbasin and toilet. At the attic there is a living hall with sofa and TV. Furthermore, four bedrooms - the first bedroom with two double beds, the second bedroom with one double bed and single bed, the third bedroom with three single beds (all three beds side by side) and the fourth, small bedroom with a double bed (without window). Electric heating, floor heating in bathrooms. Possibility to heat by fireplace. Behind the house there is a large, partially covered terrace with garden furniture and a fireplace, where you have absolute peace and privacy. Furthermore you will find sunken pool 5 x 3 m with solar heating. There also is a large garden pergola, playground for volleyball, table tennis and sand pit to disposal. Garage and own parking.

Cot on request. Pets allowed (fee € 40). The washing machine and Wifi to disposal. Electricity consumption shall be paid on the spot. Refundable deposit in an amount of € 200,-. In winter season shall be paid also consumption of wood for a fire place. Clients should take their own bedlinen or can rent it for a fee of EUR 10,-/set. Final cleaning is done by clients before departure, or can be made by the owner for fee EUR 60,-. The house is suitable for up to 11/12 persons + baby. Only for a quiet family holiday!

In east Bohemia, on the outskirts of the village Zlicko, about 12 km north of a town Nachod and only 6 km from the border with Poland. The house stands near the forest, amid the beautiful natural protected area "Broumovsko" with famous rock walls and formations. The entire area offers numerous excursion destinations and mainly a unique landscape with many forests and rocks, which are widely used for climbing. Surroundings is also ideal for hiking and cycling. Within a radius of 12-34 km, you can visit at least 4 castles (Nachod, Ratiborice, Nove Mesto nad Metuji and Opocno), monastery Police nad Metuji 6 km, Zoo - a safari in Dvur Kralove nad Labem 47 km and many other attractions. Fishermen in Poland offer an interesting experience (6 km via a tourist path) - you can catch a fish here ourselves, that will be immediately prepared to you to eat.
Distances: Basic food, restaurant and supermarket (Hronov) 4 km. Aquapark - a spa with mineral springs in Poland (Kudowa Zdroj) 8 km. Swimming (Police) 7 km.
