Freestanding cottage, former mill, beautiful and tastefully reconstructed, very comfortable and cosily furnished, with a sense of every detail. There are four separate apartments in the house, each with their own entrance, which is why the house is ideal for friendly families or couples who want to spend a holiday together and have their own privacy. On the ground floor there is the first apartment with a living room with a sofa (also an extra bed), satellite TV, dining table and kitchen with refrigerator, electric hotplate (2 hotplates), microwave and kettle. Bedroom with double bed and two single beds. Bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Second ground floor apartment with a living room with a sofa bed (plus an extra bed), satellite TV, dining table and kitchen with refrigerator, electric hob (2 hotplates), microwave and kettle. Two bedrooms, each with a double bed and one single bed. Bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Upstairs there are two identical apartments with a large room with a couch (at the same time an extra bed for two persons), a satellite TV, a dining table, a kitchen with a fridge, an electric hob (2 hotplates), a microwave and a kettle. There is also a double bed. Bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Electric heating (heaters). The house is set on a large plot of land, it has its own swimming pool with a diameter of 4.6 m, a large covered arbor with sitting with a fireplace and also place for camp fire, children's play room and a slide. Parking right by the cottage. Approximately 300 m from the house there is a social bar, which belongs to the owner of the building. Here you can meet in the evenings and spend your time together in a pleasant environment.
