Very unique accommodation in a part of a typical manor house, tastefully and modernly furnished with original historical elements. Entrance to a spacious hall with seating at a table with chairs for 10 people. Living room with fully equipped and new rustic kitchen with dishwasher, microwave oven, fridge, lever coffee machine and kettle. A glass-ceramic hob and an electric oven are part of the stylish functional stove. In the living room there is also an antique dining area, one single bed and a TV with satellite reception. On the ground floor you will find two separate bedrooms - each with a double bed. Sandstone bathroom with corner bath, two sinks and shower. Separate toilet.
On the first floor there is a spacious suite with a double bed, two bathrooms with a toilet, an equipped kitchen with a dining area and a gallery. Furthermore, two spacious double bedrooms with views of the Broumovské walls. On the second floor there is a gallery with one double bed and a separate bedroom with three beds and a sitting area. To enhance the atmosphere, almost every living room has a wood stove.
The cottage stands on its own completely fenced plot, there is a covered sitting area with a portable grill and a stone bar in a covered barn, an outdoor fire pit with seating, a large and landscaped garden with a pond, bell tower and flower beds. Bathing in summer and winter in a luxurious Finnish tub. Parking in the closed garden for 3 cars, parking in the area in front of the cottage (approx. 2-3 cars).Part of accommodation
Note on accommodation
One dog allowed (by prior arrangement, for a fee of CZK 450/pet/week). Baby cot available (+ bedding and changing table). The price of the stay includes: bedding and water consumption. Refundable deposit of CZK 6,000. The actual consumption of wood, electricity, the use of the Finnish tub and the accommodation fee are paid on site. The object is suitable for a maximum of 11 - 12 people.

In eastern Bohemia, practically in solitude, on the edge of the picturesque village of Martínkovice, less than 4 km south of Broumov, in the heart of the Broumov Highlands. The cottage is perfect both for spending a quiet holiday with friends as for lovers of nature and adventurous trips to attractions and sights in the area. Among the most famous are the CHKO Broumovsko with the sandstone formations of the Broumovské rocks (5 km), the fascinating rock town of Adršpašské skály (25 km), the Benedictine monastery in Broumov by the project of K. I. Dientzenhofer (4 km), village baroque churches built by the Dientzenhofers, the church of the Virgin Mary in Broumov ( the oldest wooden sacred building in Central Europe), Książ Castle - the largest castle in Lower Silesia and the third largest in Poland, in close proximity to the mysterious Underground City of Osówka from World War II and much more.
Distances: Grocery (in the village) 500 m, restaurant (Otovice) 3 km and Janovičky (11 km), other shops, restaurants, supermarket and all amenities (Broumov) 4 km. Sports complex in (Meziměstí) 7 km – playground for ball games and athletic disciplines, mini golf, tennis, 4 swimming pools. Golf course (Broumov) 3 km. Swimming pool (Police nad Metují) 18 km and (Teplice n. Metují) 19 km. Forest 1 km.
