Detached holiday home, build in 2005, beautifully and cosily furnished. Entrance through covered terrace, corridor. Living room with a seating, dining table for 4 persons and fireplace stove. Open kitchen with small bar counter and two stools, refrigerator, cooker with ceramic hob and oven, microwave oven and electric kettle. Bathroom with shower enclosure, washbasin and toilette. In the first floor there are 3 bedrooms: first one with one double bed, SAT TV and balcony, second one with one single bed and fold-out couch (extra double bed) and third one with one single bed. Heating by convector heaters and fireplace stove. Spacious non-fenced garden, covered pergola with garden furniture, portable grill and fireplace at your disposal. Own parking lot.

One small dog is allowed. Non smoking house. Washing machine and internet connection at disposal. The consumption of electricity over 50 kWh, water over 3m3 and consumption of wood shall be paid to the landlord on the spot. Holiday home is suitable for max. 4/6 persons.

In Central Bohemia, on the outskirts of the town Hřmenín, ca 7 km south of the town Sobotka and 80 km of Prague. Almost alone standing holiday home located in a slight slope in a quiet place offering clients enough privacy. This area is ideal for long walks and cycling. There are also many sites you can visit. You will enjoy also barbecue and beautiful view of the countryside and meadows around for sure. Town Sobotka is called the gateway to wonderful region of Czech Paradise. Chateau Sobotka 7 km, castle Humprecht 10 km, castle Kost 12 km, ruins Trosky 15 km, chateau Hrubá Skála 22 km. Then also castle Mladá Boleslav, chateau Hrubý Rohozec, castle Bezděz and romantic area of Máchovo lake. Town Vrchlabí called a gateway to region of Giant Mountains only 50 km.
