Entrance, hallway, hall area, living room with dining table for 10 persons, sitting for 5 persons, sat-TV with video and a beautiful tile fireplace. Open kitchen with refrigerator, electrical stove, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric tea kettle and microwave oven. Bathroom with bath-tube and WC. Bedroom with a double bed and one single bed and the second bedroom with two single beds. Upstairs there is a hall with table football, the second bathroom with shower and WC and the third large bedroom with three single beds and one double bed, sitting area and balcony. Electrical heating and possibility to heat by a tile fireplace. The house stands on a non-fenced land, there is terrace, garden furniture and garden fireplace at disposal. Own parking lot.

In heart of protected landscape area „Cesky raj“ (the Czech Paradise), secluded, by a small pond, in the forest, in the vicinty of the village Hruba Skala, ca. 10 km southeast of town Turnov. House stands on a unique place directly under the castle Hruba Skala, in the middle of forests and next to sandstone rocks. View of a pond and a greenary. The area offers absolut ideal conditions for hiking and cycling (nice hiking and biking trails in the vicinity) and taking various trips. In the surroundings there are found many interesting places and sightseeings – e. g. lovely natural sceneries of the geopark „Cesky raj“ (the Czech Paradise) with famous sand-stone rock formations 10 km, town Rovensko pod Troskami and the ruin of the castle Trosky 6 km, ruin of the castle Valdstejn 5 km, Bozkovska-cave 20 km, the hill Kozakov 8 km, chateau Humprecht 8 km and castle Kost 10 km.
Distances: Basic foods (Hruba Skala) 500 m, supermarket (Turnov) 10 km, restaurant in the village 300 m. Out-door swimming pool (Turnov) 10 km, in-door pool and sauna (Aquapark Babylon Liberec) 30 km. Tennis court 400 m. Swimming possibility in a pond 4 km on foot or 6 km by car, water sports running in a pond (Branzez) 13 km. Fishing (with a permit) in the ponds in the surroundings. In the rocks is rock-climbing possible.
