Stylish cottage after complete reconstruction in 2024, with a Finnish sauna and a spacious sitting area with an outdoor kitchen in a covered pergola in the garden. Entrances from the parking lot and directly from the garden. Kitchen with dining table, fireplace, bar table and kitchen unit with electric stove with oven, fridge, freezer, microwave and kettle. 2 bedrooms in total. Both with three single beds and an extra bed on a comfortable sofa bed. Bathroom with shower and sink. Separate WC. Heating with floor heating and fireplace stove. Guests have full access to a garden with a garden grill, a spacious pergola with seating and a fully equipped outdoor kitchen. In addition to the pergola, you can also use a sauna with a separate toilet and bathroom and an above-ground pool.. Possibility to store bicycles in the garage. Parking in front of the building for several vehicles.

Pets allowed (150 CZK/day). Baby cot available by prior arrangement. Bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are included in the price of the stay. The consumption of electricity shall be paid on the spot. Sauna fee 500 CZK/stay. Refundable deposit of CZK 5,000. The accommodation is suitable for a maximum of 8 people.

In Vysocina, in the Ceskomoravská highlands, 12 km west of Havlickuv Brod, 15 km from Humpolec and 25 km from Svihovská dam. The cottage is located in the quiet village of Volichov, which is a convenient starting point for trips around the area. A cycle path leads directly through the village, along which you can reach many interesting places. Here you can find, for example, the castle in Lipnice nad Sázavou (3 km), the castle in Světlá nad Sázavou (10 km), the ruins of Orlík (16 km) or the towns of Havlickův Brod (14 km) and Humpolec (15 km).
