Detached house on its own fenced land, newly and comfortably equipped, with a large garden and covered swimming pool. Entry, hall, living room with dining table for 6 persons, seating group, LCD TV, kitchenette and access to the terrace. Kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, kettle and kitchenware. Bedroom with a double bed and a single bed. Bathroom with shower in the bathtub and sink. Separate toilet. In the attic second bedroom with a double bed and a single bed. Third bedroom with a double bed and an extra bed (smaller bed). The building is centrally heated by gas. Guests have at their disposal a large, fully fenced garden with a 5 x 3 m sunken swimming pool, a seating area on a covered terrace and a brick grill. Parking by the house for 3 vehicles.

Pets on request. Possibility to provide cot after prior arrangement. WiFi and bed linen included in the price. Energy and wood consumption are paid on the spot. Refundable deposit CZK 3 000, -. Owner can provide extra grill for roasting large pieces of meat for a fee. The house is suitable for 8 - 9 persons + baby. Ninth person is paid on the spot (CZK 400, -/person/night).

In the Pardubice Region, right on the border of two protected areas - Žďárské Vrchy and Železné hory, less than 3 km from Hlinsko and about 32 km northeast of Havlíčkův Brod. The house is located in a quiet village of Vítanov, near the river Chrudimka, in the vicinity of the cycling and nature hiking trails. Since there are two protected landscape areas, there are many possibilities for trips. These include the open-air museum Veselý Kopec (6 km), the town Hlinsko (3 km) with a gallery and a museum in nature, infantry bunkers at the village of Bílek (17 km) or the Radostín peat bog (20 km). We also recommend to visit a unique building – Peklo Čertovina (imitation of hell, 7 km) with an underground labyrinth, expositions and restaurant.
