Wellness cottage with generous indoor and outdoor space, an ideal place for friendly families with children, who will find everything for perfect relaxation and active fun under one roof. Enjoy the indoor heated pool (10x5 m) or let yourself be pampered in the luxurious year-round jacuzzi for up to 8 people.
The heart of the cottage is a spacious common room on the ground floor with its own bar, beverage refrigerator, dining tables, wall-mounted TV and sofa bed (extra bed for 2 people). The bar features an automatic coffee machine (coffee beans included) and a professional restaurant beer-tap equipment with three taps (1x bayonet, 2x flat). Just bring your own kegs. Separate kitchen fitted with electric stove with oven, microwave, kettle, electric contact grill, large fridge with freezer and dishwasher. Two bathrooms, each with a shower, toilet and basin. Utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer.
On the first floor there is a children's playroom and all 4 bedrooms. First bedroom with 2 double beds and 2 bunk beds. Second bedroom with 2 double beds and 2 bunk beds. Third bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 bunk bed. Fourth bedroom with 2 single beds. Two more bathrooms, each with a shower, toilet and basin. The cottage is heated by a modern gas condensing boiler.
A fenced garden of 3000 m2 ensures complete privacy for your group. There is a pool hall with a 10x5 m pool heated by a heat pump (operated at outdoor temperatures above 15°C to ensure a comfortable water temperature) and a luxurious heated jacuzzi for 8 people with water and air massage, which is open year-round. For sports activities, there is a private floodlit multifunctional playground with an artificial surface (30x15 m). Two terraces, one for sunbathing and relaxing, the other with wooden garden furniture and a gas grill. Lockable storage under the terrace for your bikes and other sports equipment. For children, there is a slide, climbing wall and swings. Parking for 3 cars in the yard behind the gate, for other cars there is a reserved parking lot in front of the building.

Note on accommodation

Pets on request. Fast Wi-Fi connection (60 Mb/s) available throughout the property, including the terrace and pool. Refundable deposit of CZK 3000. Regular electricity consumption included in price, use of the hot tub is paid on site based off metered consumption. Bed linen, towels, bath towels, dishcloths and basic toiletries provided by the landlord.

The cottage is rented to guests who respect night peace and are not searching for a place for noisy parties and celebrations.

Tip for maximum comfort: If you wish to have the hot tub ready for your arrival, then inform the landlord in advance - he will preheat the water to the ideal temperature for you.

Location description

In East Bohemia, on the edge of the Žďárské vrchy mountains, in the picturesque village of Budislav, 15 km southwest of town of Litomyšl and 20 km from the exit of the D35 motorway.
You are in an area famous for its monumental rock formations, some of which, such as Velké and Malé Hradisko or Zámeček, can be admired right in the village (1-2 km). You will pass others on strolls through the surrounding beautiful pine forests interwoven with deep valleys. The most impressive is considered to be the sandstone rock maze called Toulovcovy maštale (4 km). A unique phenomenon are the sandstone rock dwellings of Zderaz (10 km) - cellars that were used for storing food and living until the beginning of the 19th century. From the Toulovca lookout tower (3 km) you will be offered breathtaking views of the wild forested landscape on one side and the cultural landscape around Litomyšl on the other.
Start your cultural sightseeing trips with a visit to the preserved medieval Rychmburk Castle (15 km) on a forested spur above the Krounka River with the adjacent development of classicist town houses, dominated by the Church of Our Lady with a baroque rectory, the revitalized manor gardens and the remains of fortifications with bastions. We definitely recommend visiting the romantic Nové Hrady Chateau from the Rococo period (8 km) surrounded by a park with interesting sculptures.
The real pearl of the entire region is the cultural town of Litomyšl (15 km), the venue for many summer festivals, where you can visit the Renaissance chateau complex (on the UNESCO World Heritage List), Smetana Square with Renaissance town houses, the town park of Klášterní zahrady with a pair of churches and statues sculpted by O. Zoubek, countless museums, galleries and buildings of modern architecture.
