Description of accommodation

Detached house where you stay in a spacious suite on the first floor with separate entrance. Hall, living room with seating group and TV. Spacious kitchen with large dining table, electric cooker with ceramic hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, kettle and kitchenware. The kitchen has a beautiful view of the water. Bathroom with shower, bath and sink. Two separate toilets. First bedroom with a double bed and one single bed. Second and third bedroom with two single beds. Large attic room with sitting area, fireplace and three extra beds. The building is centrally heated. Spacious, common unfenced garden. Guest have at their disposal private garden gazebo with a wooden table, benches and a fireplace. Fireplace, table tennis, sandpit, swing, trampoline (diameter 4 m) available, as well as the possibility of using the sauna in the adjacent building. Private parking for 3 cars.

Note on accommodation

Pet allowed (small breed for a fee € 18,-/pet/week). Cot on request. WiFi available. On site shall be paid: Using saunas (CZK 200,- = EUR 8,-/hour), rent a boat or pedal boats (CZK 500,- = EUR 20,-/week), massage in agreement with landlord, the consumption of water, heat and electricity (CZK 500,- = EUR 20,-/week) and the consumption of wood for fireplace. Guests have to take with them their own bed-linen. The complex consists of buildings of the former water mill, farm buildings, residential building (in which there is a rented apartment on the first floor - code VC 0174) and cottage (you can find it under the code VC 0173). During the low season you can rent the apartment also in the weekends. Apartment is suitable for maximum of 7 persons + 3 persons on extra beds + baby.

In the Czech-Moravian Highlands, in the middle of beautiful countryside, almost secluded, by the pond Dolní Kladiny. The house stands near the village of Dolní Kladiny, about 10 km east of the town Pelhřimov. Quiet location, surrounding area offers good conditions for hiking, biking, swimming, fishing and many various trips. Castle Kámen 25 km, Castle Kamenice nad Lipou 31 km, monastery Želiv 14 km, Castle Lipnice Sázavou 20 km.
Distances: Basic foods (Zachotín) 1 km, restaurant (Velký Rybník) 6,5 km, supermarket (Pelhřimov, Humpolec) 10 km. Indoor and outdoor pool with whirlpools and water slides (Pelhřimov) 10 km. Aquapark (Jihlava) 22 km. Tennis court (Zachotín) 1 km, horse riding (Mladé Bříště) 5 km. There is possibility for children to ride on a horseback 500 m. Fishing (with permit) in a water tank (Sedlice) 10 km. The house stands right to the large pond Kladiny. Only 40 m from the house is possible to go swimming, doing water sports (you can bring your own surf) or rent a boat or pedal boats. The forest 200 m.
Winter info: Excellent conditions for cross country skiing. Ski lift and ski slope Čeřínek 20 km.
