Detached house, originally a farmhouse, renovated in the year 2009, modern and tastefully decorated. Living room with 10-person seating area, TV with set-top box, fireplace and access to the spacious kitchen with 12-seats dining table, two refrigerators, electric stove with a ceramic hob, freezer, dishwasher, microwave oven, kettle and toaster. Four bedrooms, the first with 2x double beds, the second bedroom with a double bed, the third bedroom with three single beds and a raised sleeping gallery (up small steps) with an extra bed and the fourth bedroom with one double bed, a single bed and 2 extra beds. Two bathrooms, one with a corner bathtub, sink and a toilet, the second with shower, sink and a toilet. Heated by electric heating in the floor and fireplace. The house stands on its own, completely fenced plot. You have a garden, pergola with table and benches, wooden gazebo with fireplace, and in summer you will also have two garden sheds, each with 5 beds. Additional facilities include a grass playground (volleyball, football, basketball). For the children there is a sandpit, adult Russian skittles, table football, table tennis and barbecue and of course a large circular sunken heated pool with a diameter of 6 m (pool heating only during summer months for weekly stays). Parking behind the house and 4 cars can park inside the area.

Pets allowed for a fee € 18,-/pet/week. You have a washing machine and internet connection at disposal. Consumption of water and electricity has to be paid directly to the owner on the spot. Suited for up to 15 people.

In East Bohemia, on the outskirts of the small village Rostejn about 2 km from the large reservoir Sec and approximately 13 km to the north from the town Chotebor. The house is near a local road with very little traffic and offers stunning panoramic views over the countryside, meadows and forests of the protected area Zelezne hory. This place is ideal for a quiet family holiday and a perfect base for walking, cycling and visiting various attractions throughout the area. Among the most interesting are the ruins Oheb 8 km, outdoor museum Vesely Kopec 18 km, castle Žleby 18 km, castle ruins Radochlin 19 km, castle and a hippological museum Slatiňany 27 km.
Distances: Basic food store and restaurant (Horni Ves) 2.5 km. Supermarket (Sec) 7 km and (Chotebor) 11 km. Swimming and tennis (Třemošnice) 10 km. The reservoir Sec offers many opportunities for swimming, boating and fishing (license required). Across the lake 800 m by boat or 8 km by car you will find the hotel Jezerka, with indoor pool, sauna, tennis court and heated outdoor pool. Riding (Kovarov) 10 km. Forest 30 m.
