Large, spacious living room with sitting area, flat-screen satellite TV with DVD, radio, CD player and dining table for 6 persons. Fully equipped modern kitchen with electric cooker with ceramic hob and oven, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker and kettle. Luxury bathroom with whirlpool tub, double sink and toilet. Upstairs is a hallway with entrances in three bedrooms and balcony. The first bedroom has a double bed, the second about five single beds and the third has a double bed and two single beds. Second bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. Central heating with gas. The house stands in its own enclosed grounds with garden. There is a large covered pergola with seating for 8 people, a large swimming pool with an area of 40 m2 with garden sitting area with table and chairs, rocking chair for 2 people and a portable grill available. Parking in front of the house.
