Second bedroom with TV, double bed and 2 double sofa beds. Bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. The building is heated by central heating. Covered terrace with seating and barbecue. Fenced garden with bath tub, log cabin, trampoline for children and mini sandpit. Parking in front of the building for 4 cars.

In southern Bohemia, in the town of Strmilov, about 4.5 km north of Kunžak and 17 km east of Jindřichův Hradec. There is a pond Hejtman suitable for fishing (with a permit) near the cottage. We recommend to visit the Nature Park Česká Kanada, where you can hike to the top of Vysoký kámen (738 m above sea level) or you can visit a famous Granite Boulder Ďáblova prdel. Sights and interesting places in the area include Castle Rozkoš 3.5 km, Strmilov caves up to 500 m, Olšany Castle 6 km, castle ruins Vítkův Hrádek 10 km or Jindřichův Hradec with the castle and Zoo na Hrádečku 17 km.
