Kitchen with stove and oven, fridge with freezer, coffee machine, microwave, kettle and all cooking equipment. Modern bathroom with shower and sink. Separate WC. Bedroom with double bed, pull-out double bed and TV. In the attic bedroom with 2 fold-out double beds. Indoor Finnish sauna and whirlpool available. The building is heated by central heating. A fenced garden with a covered terrace, sitting area, barbecue, hot tub and a second cabin sauna. The possibility of using table football and a ping-pong table. Parking in front of the building for 4 cars.

In South Bohemia, in the town of Strmilov, approx. 4.5 km north of Kunžak and 17 km east of Jindřichov Hradec. Not far from the cottage is the Hejtman pond suitable for fishing (with a permit). For the beauty of nature, we recommend a trip to the Česká Kanada Nature Park, where, in addition to climbing the Vysoký kámen peak (738 m above sea level), you can also see the famous granite boulder Ďáblova prdel. Monuments and interesting places in the vicinity include, for example, Rozkoš Castle 3.5 km, Strmilovské underground up to 500 m, Olšany Castle 6 km, the ruins of Vítkův Hrádek Castle 10 km or the city of Jindřichův Hradec with the castle and the Hrádečka Zoo 17 km.
