A spacious cottage newly built in 2023, with 4 bedrooms, a terrace, a children's pool and a large garden with fruit bushes. On the ground floor, a sunny living room with a small dining table, sofa and access to the terrace. The living room is directly connected to the kitchen with electric stove, microwave oven, fridge with freezer and kettle. First bedroom with single bed with hanging rail (suitable for disabled) and extra bed. Second bedroom with double bed and single bed. Bathroom with shower (+ shower chair), toilet and sink. In the attic, a common room with a sitting area, sofa, table football, mini billiards, exercise machines, single bed and cot. Third bedroom with double bed, sofa set and cot. Fourth bedroom with two double beds, cot and sofa. Second bathroom with large bathtub, sink, toilet and infra sauna. Gas heating. The possibility of storing bicycles in the veranda, where we also find a dining table and a sofa. There is a large fenced garden with sitting on the terrace, a barbecue, an ornamental lake and a pool for children (diameter 3 m). Parking in the yard for 2 vehicles (another in front of the property).

In the Highlands, 13 km from Jihlava, 31 km from Humpolec and 20 km from Telč. The holiday house can be found in the village of Spělov, a quiet village on the banks of the Jihlava river, less than 3 km from the Cerinek nature park. If you plan to spend your vacation on a bicycle, a bicycle path leads directly through the village, which will take you both to the park and to all the attractions in the area. Here you can find, for example, Roštejn Castle (15 km), the town of Telč, which is a UNESCO World Heritage Site (20 km), Pístovské Wetlands (12 km), the Museum of Records in Pelhřimov (22 km) or the famous "Kořen of pensioner Zdena" (14 km). You can spend the whole day in Jihlava, where an engaging zoo, underground, water park and historical center await you.
