Kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, coffee maker, kettle, kitchenware and dishwasher. Living room with dining table for 8 persons, seating group, coffee table, LCD TV and stove. Two separate bedrooms in the attic. The first bedroom has a double bed and two single beds. Second bedroom with a double bed, one single bed, extra bed and a cot. Separate toilet. On the ground floor second separate toilet. Bathroom with shower, sink, toilet and washing machine. Electric floor heating + heaters. There is a non-fenced garden, covered pergola with sitting, portable grill, fireplace and sandbox for children. Parking by the cottage for 3 cars.

In Eastern Bohemia, on the outskirts of village Rváčov, approximately 4 km west of Hlinsko. The cottage is situated in a quiet area overlooking the surrounding meadows and forests. The area is great for hiking (marked trails in the viscinity), cycling along many cycle routes, picking berries and mushrooms. It is an excellent place to make various trips for knowledge or entertainment. With children, you can visit Veselý Kopec Open Air Museum (4 km), Čertovina Hell (8 km), or Šírkův Mlýn Western Town (56 km), a great experience for children and adults. The historical monuments include the Žumberk Fortress (16 km), Rabštejn Castle near Chrudim (27 km), Nasavrky Castle (11 km), Slatiňany (21 km), the baroque castle Nové Hrady (31 km) and many other castles in the surrounding area. The Church of Green Mountain (28 km) belongs to the UNESCO World Heritage. For swimming you can visit the flooded quarry Srní (4 km), Rohozenský pond (6 km), or Seč dam (23 km).
