Semi-professional kitchen with hob, oven, microwave, several refrigerators, freezer, kettle, dishwasher and dining table. TV available. Two toilets. 2 separate apartments in the attic.
First apartment with double bed, single bed, sitting area, possibility of an extra bed and private bathroom with bathtub and sink.
Second apartment with one and a half beds (width 140 cm), single bed, sitting area and possibility of an extra bed. Another bathroom with shower, sink and toilet in the hallway between the apartments. Central heating of the building. Guests have the option of renting a bar with service on the ground floor (the bar is otherwise closed during the guests' stay). Outdoor seating is available in the fenced garden. Pets allowed (500 CZK/pet/week). Baby cot available only by prior arrangement. Energy included in the price up to 50 kWh (in winter, consumption is paid in full). Refundable deposit 5,000 CZK. The price of the stay includes Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels. Guests can also arrange breakfast with the landlord in the café at the property (open only for guests if they are interested). The accommodation is suitable for 6 people + 2 people on an extra bed and 1 baby.

In the Vysočina region, in the Bohemian-Moravian Highlands, 6 km south of Humpolec, 18 km from Pelhřimov and approximately 19 km from Jihlava. The accommodation is located in the quiet village of Krasoňov, opposite the pond, which guests have an interesting view of directly from the garden seating area. Practically next to the cottage there is a publicly accessible children's playground, which is clearly visible from the property, which families with children will certainly appreciate. The place is suitable not only for relaxation in a quiet environment, but thanks to its convenient location in an interesting location, it also encourages frequent trips, whether by car or by bike.
