Free standing house from 1992, cosily and comfortably arranged, all rooms in one plain. Garden is detached by non-transparent fence from the flat of the landlord, You have here maximum of privacy. Entrance, living room with sitting suit, dining table, cable TV, video, mini system, fire stove and door to the terrace. Open kitchen, fridge, electric cooker, dish washer, coffee maker and microwave oven. Two bedrooms, each with double bed and extra bed (folding arm-chair). Bathroom with bath, separate toilet. Fenced garden, own swimming pool 8 x 3,5 m with electric heating (30°C) and with cover possibility. Second shower and WC outside. Pergola with garden furniture and gardem fireplace. Own parking-site for 2 cars in garden. Electric heating.

Open-air pool and tennis 2 km, in-door pool and sauna 10 km, golf 15 km, horse riding 9 km. Dam for swimming and water sports 13 km. Boat renting also possible there. Forest 400 m.
