Free standing former farm house with a closed yard, in 2010 renovated, nicely and comfortably furnished. Entrance, hallway, living room with sofa, satellite TV, CD player with radio and a dining table for 4 persons. Kitchen with gas stove with electric oven, fridge, kettle and microwave oven. Two bedrooms - one with a double bed and entrance to the second bedroom with one single bed and two bunk beds. Lounge with a fireplace and sitting (chairs and coffe table). Bathroom with shower, bathtub and sink, separate toilet. Central heating with solid fuel. The cottage is situated on a fenced land, has an enclosed yard and grown garden with a small pond (access to the garden is possible to enclose). There is an enclosed yard with roofed seating (table and benches), garden furniture with sunshade, deck chairs, portable grill and fireplace to disposal. There is also round swimming pool (diameter 3,5 m) with filtration at disposal and petangue, badminton, speed badminton and ping pong table. One parking space in transit, another in front of the house.

The house offers absolute peace and privacy, an ideal place for spending a quiet family holiday. The area also offers many cultural and historical landmarks - such as the castle Pernstejn 13 km, chateaus Kunstat 12 km, Boskovice 23 km, Rajec-Jestrebí 30 km and Blansko 33 km, protected landscape area "Moravian kras" with its famous stalactite caves Sloupsko-Sosuvske, Balcarka, Katerinska and Punkevni and the abyss Macocha within a radius of 40 km.
