Free-standing holiday house, nicely and efficiently furnished. Entrance, hallway, living room with sofa, satellite TV and DVD, exit to the covered terrace. Kitchen with dining table for 6 persons, electric cooker with ceramic hob and oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle and microwave oven. In the kitchen there are also two sofa beds (can be also used as two extra beds). Bedroom with two single beds and the second bedroom with a double bed and two single beds. Bathroom with shower and toilet. Gas heating. The garden is fenced, there is a garden furniture, swimming pool of a diameter 3,5 m and portable grill at disposal. Parking in the garden.

On the Czech-Moravian highlands, in a small village Klucov, 8 km southeast of the town Trebic. The area is known for the picturesque hilly landscape with many forests. Cottage with a large enclosed garden is ideal for a peaceful holiday in complete privacy. The surrounding offers good conditions for many of various trips, hiking or cycling (marked trails). Chateau with the basilica Trebic 8 km, castle with its beautiful large garden Jaromerice nad Rokytnou 10 km, chateaus Telc, Polna, Trest and Kravsko, castles Bitov and Rostejn - all within a radius of 40 km.
