The house stands on a quiet place, in the slope, at the edge of forest, in the middle of beautiful countryside. The area is suitable for walking, cycling, swimming, fishing, picking forest fruits and visiting various sightseeing in the surroundings – e.g. chateau Kamenice nad Lipou 1 km, chateau Zirovnice 10 km, chateau and historic town Jindrichuv Hradec 21 km, chateau Cervena Lhota 18 km, chateau and town Telc 34 km, castle Choustnik 22 km, castle Kamen 20 km, Chynovske-caves 29 km, castle Kotnov and historic town Tabor 34 km.
