  Pluses
  Large garden - unfortunately mostly very wet, therefore impossible to leave children without rubber boots, absolutely unsuitable for toddlers. A pool would be great...Unless it's hot, impossible to swim in the pool.
  Minuses
  Cold, damp cottage with mold on the walls. You have to heat the stove every day, it's impossible to walk without house shoes (so smaller children don't play much on the floor). Electric floor heating only in the bathroom. No sandbox, not much of a slide and the fabric house has been dismantled. The baby bed is very old, I could still survive that, but the mattress... I would be ashamed to rent it (one evening after the baby was put down, the whole side of the bed fell apart). Wi-Fi is in the hallway, it doesn't reach the back of the rooms. I won't comment on the cleaning, we only cleaned it the way we took it over.. So for us with five children, we are very dissatisfied..even though it looks great in the photos, the reality is different.

  We liked the beautiful and spacious garden, also because we had a dog.
  Minuses
  We didn't like the poor wifi signal and the poorly filled and uncleaned pool, even though the weather wasn't good for swimming.

  Pluses
  Fenced and nice plot. Beautiful location. The cottage is clean and tidy. Well equipped. The pool is nice and suitable even for small children who have a hard time falling into it.
  Minuses
  There is no lighting in the outdoor areas of the garden. A shelter or a terrace for outdoor seating would be useful even in case of rain. Curtains would be useful in the bedrooms. The wifi connection in the cottage was weak. It would be advisable to have a full gas cylinder in stock, we ran out while cooking lunch, we had to drive to get a new one. (Although I understand that such a situation does not happen every week.)

  Pluses
  I really like the location of the property - a large garden, trees, a stream, a swimming pool, nice privacy. The communication with the owner is also great, we arranged everything.
  Minuses
  The driveway to the building is very narrow, so a larger car like a Sharan or Passat can only barely fit through, sometimes with scratches from branches at the entrance. And I miss the wifi coverage throughout the building. It's embarrassing, but nowadays it's hard to do without it.
