Free standing, very spacious villa from 1928, nice renovated.
Ground floor: Entrance, hall, dining room / social room with bar and firestove, another dining room with tables, chairs and tilled stove. Room with table tennis. Large kitchen with two electric cookers, three refrigerators, coffee makers, tea kettles, deep fryer, microwave oven and dish washer. Ladies and men toilets.
First floor: Living room with sitting suit, sat-TV with DVD player and video. Living hall with sitting suit and table. Bathroom with three showers, four separate toilets. Four bedrooms each with two beds and twoo bedrooms each with four beds.
Attic: Bathroom with three showers, two separate toilets. Two bedrooms each with four beds and three bedrooms each with two beds.
Electric heating. Large, fenced garden with terrace, which is situated to the shady side of the house. At disposal: covered garden house with stone garden grill, wooden garden furniture, nice embedded swimming pool 3,5 x 8 m with cover possibility, sand pit and swing for children. Enough parking place.

Note on accommodation

One dog allowed (EUR 25,- per week). Refundable deposit EUR 200,-. The consumption of electricity and wood shall be paid on the spot. You can order lunches and dinners. In the attic there is found the flat of the landlord. House is suitable for maximum of 20/30 persons. The prices in the price list are set for the occupation with 21-30 persons. By the occupation with maximum of 20 persons are following prices valid: July/August EUR 1.528,-/week, other weeks EUR 968,-/week.

Location description

In Czech-Moravian Highlands, at the edge of the village Dolni Smrcne, ca. 18 km southeast of the town Jihlava. Near the house runs a railway. The house stands on a large ground at the edge of forest, directly on the bank of the river Jihlava. Nice and calming view of green and the river, absolutely privacy.
Distances: Basic foods and small restaurant in the village, other shops and restaurants (Brtnice) 5 km. A small railway station ca. 60 m. You can use a tennis court in the village (for a fee) - 500 m distant. Playground for children 200 m. In-door swimming pool - aquapark and sauna (Jihlava) 18 km. Fishing possible in the river, which flows along the ground - the landlord can provide the fishing permission for you for a fee (it is necessary to mention it by booking, min. 1 month before arrival). Forest 100 m.
