Holiday home with closed inner yard and swimming pool is ideal for calm vacation in privacy. Entrance to the yard from the local road. Entrance, living kitchen with dining table, seating, SAT TV (140 cm) with DVD, radio and kitchen with electric cooker with ceramic hob, refrigerator, microwave oven and electric kettle. Bedroom with one double bed and entrance into the second bedroom with one double bed and access to the corridor. From the corridor there is an entrance to the living/sleeping room with one double bed and a fold-out couch (possible 2 extra beds), TV (100 cm), DVD and radio. Bathroom with a bath and a toilet. Central electric heating. Enclosed yard with garden grill at disposal, where is a round swimming pool (3 m) with deck chairs and parasol. Parking in the enclosed yard (2 cars ) or on a distant parking lot, ca 40 m from the house.

The house is situated in a quiet area of family houses, thus it is necessary to observe night silence regulations after 22 o'clock. On the Czech-Moravian Highlands, in a nice village Horepnik, 9 km northeast of the town Pacov and about 18 km northwest of the town Pelhrimov. This area is known for a beautiful, hilly landscape with many forests. Good conditions for hiking and cycling (marked cykling paths), mushroom picking and possibility of fishing with a permit. There are many interesting places for excursions, in the sourrounding, such as the village Zeliv 12 km (premonastery from the mid 12th century), town Pelhrimov 18 km (museum of records and curiosities, museum of ghostes), castle Lipnice nad Sazavou 31 km, castle Kamen 15 km, Chynovske cave 25 km.
Distances: Basic food and restaurant in the village 300 m, supermarket (Pacov) 9 km. Indoor, outdoor swimming pool and sauna (Pelhrimov) 18 km. Swimming, boats and paddle boats, water sports and fishing with a permit (water reservoir Trnavka), grassy beach and a cafeteria with an outdoor seating 10 km. Tennis court and grassy football field in the village 1 km. In the village there also is a natural dance floor, where from June to September take place dancing and other events.
