Modern and very tastefully furnished cottage, after a complete reconstruction in 2018. Fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, refrigerator with freezer, other smaller appliances, TV and kitchenware. Cozy living room with seating group, LCD TV, fireplace and access to the terrace. Bathroom with bath, sink, toilet and TV. In the attic the first bedroom with a single bed (foldable into two beds), TV and entrance to the balcony. Second bedroom with sofa (extra double bed), radio, TV and large double bed. Heating of the cottage with electric boiler and fireplace. Air conditioning available. Completely fenced garden with terrace with garden furniture and a fireplace. Parking by the house. Finnish barrel available (charge 1,200 CZK/stay)

In the Bohemian-Moravian Highlands, less than 5 km from Humpolec, on the outskirts of the village of Bystrá. The cottage is located in a remote area, on the edge of the village, right next to the swimming reservoir with drinking water. The landscape is suitable for cycling (the bike path leads directly through the village), hiking trips to the tops of the surrounding hills with attractive views or walks in the woods. In the area you can visit for example the city of records Pelhřimov (16 km), Želiv Monastery (17 km), Kamenice nad Lipou castle (35 km), the ruins of the castle Orlík nad Humpolcem (6 km), the massive Lipnice nad Sázavou castle (16 km) or natural reservation Stvořidla u Světlé with rapids on the river Sázava.
