Free-standing, in 2008 newly built country house, very tastefully, comfortable and well furnished. Entry a few steps up, then all the rooms in one level. Hall with sitting, sitting room with sofa for 3 persons, dining table, fireplace and Sat-TV. Open kitchen with electric stove with a ceramic cook-plate and hot-air oven, refrigerator, coffee-maker, tea kettle, microwave oven and dishwasher. Bathroom with shower and toilet. Bedroom with a double bed. Electric heating. The garden is fenced, at disposal there are the two terraces (one at the top of the garden and the other directly at the house), garden furniture and a portable grill. Garage serves as a stacking and storage place (f. e. for bicycles). Private parking.

In West Bohemia, near the forest, at the edge of small village Zebraky, ca 26 km south of Marianske Lazne and ca 10 km from important border check-point to Germany Rozvadov – Waidhaus. Highway direction Pilsen and Prague is reachable in 5 minutes. The small village lies in the middle of forests and hills, in protected landscape area „Cesky les“. Virgin nature attracts to walking, wandering in the forests and biking. The whole area is a former frontier zone which was unapproachable by the public and that´s why the nature stayed beautiful and virgin. In surrounding a lot of interesting places, sights and trip tips – f.e. ruins Primda 13 km and Krasikov 35 km, castle Kynzvart and monastery Tepla 37 km.
