Detached, older recreational house, very spacious, cosy and pretty furnished. Entrance, floor, kitchen with electric stove, refrigerator, coffee-maker, tea-kettle, microwave oven and dishwasher. Living room with sitting suite for 3-4 persons, pretty tile stove, dining table for 5 persons. Bedroom with a double bed. Second bedroom with two single beds. Bathroom with a shower and a toilet. On the steep stairs you will get into attic – here is the third bedroom with a double bed, two single beds and one extra bed. Next you can find here attic living area with a surface quite 70 m2! Here are a sitting suite, dining area an various things with which your children can play when a bad weather is. Central heating – kettle for wood. It is possible also to fire with wood in the tile stove. The garden is natural and only partly fenced (brook, rocks). Garden furniture with parasol, mobile barbecue, fire pit, table tennis and swing. Own parking place.

Cot on request. One pet allowed (fee for a dog must be paid in advance on bank account). It is necessary to pay attention especially with the children – the garden is from one side bounden with a brook and woods. The consumption of electricity over 50 kWh per week shall be paid on the spot. The house is suitable for max. 5/8 persons + baby.

In Western Bohemia, quite in a hamlet (in the neighbourhood there is only one house), at a brook, near to the village Ujicin, ca. 12 km to the northwest from the town Susice and only 37 km from the border with Germany. The house stands on a large grassy meadow, in a valley with rocks at the very end of the garden and with the brook and woods in front. Calm place with a view of the woods. The surrounding is suitable for relaxation, walks, cycling and making various trips – castle Velhartice 4 km, town Klatovy with catacombs 20 km, two ruins 22 and 23 km and castle Svihov 30 km.
Distances: Restaurant 200 m. Supermarket, swimming pool and tennis court (Kolinec) 2 km. Indoor swimming pool and sauna (Klatovy) 22 km, aquapark (Horažďovice) 22 km. Horse riding in the western style (Mlazovy) 5 km. In the surrounding you can find a few ponds, where you can swim and do water sports, for example pond Jindrich 4 km, Velhartice – here you can also do fishing (with permit) 5 km and Hnacovsky 12 km.
