Detached cottage, built in 2010, nice, comfortable and cozy furnishings. Entrance, hallway, living room with sofa and satellite TV, kitchen with dining table, two ceramic hotplates, refrigerator, kettle and microwave. From the kitchen is a passage to the bathroom with shower with sink and separate toilet. From the living room there are stairs to the first floor with landing, second toilet, bedroom with double bed and satellite TV, and a bedroom with two single beds and seats. Central heating. The garden is partially fenced by a hedge, closed entrance by electric gate. They feature a terrace with an outdoor fireplace, outdoor furniture and umbrella. Private parking.

In West Bohemia, at the edge of the village Milence, about 2,5 km to the south of the town Nyrsko and 18 km to the southwest of the town Klatovy. As well as in summer as in winter the house is easily accessible by the local road. The house stands on a hill on the outskirts of the forest overlooking the small river Úhlava and the mountains of the Bohemian Forest. The whole area is a nature reserve - a beautiful hilly landscape with many forests, fields and meadows. In the area there are also many attractions, such as the fortress Desenice 2 km, Forest Theater 2 km, chateau Bystrice nad Úhlavou 4 km, castle ruins Pajrek 2 km, castle ruins and castle Klenova 12 km, Velhartice 22 km, Catacombs and city Klatovy with the Black tower 18 km, castle ruins Rabi 50 km, water Castle Svihov 29 km, town Domazlice 29 km, and others.
