Description of accommodation

You occupy one half of a double-house. The whole house was completely renovated in 2010 and is very nice, tastefully and comfortable furnished. Entry, hallway, living room with a sitting suit for 6 persons, TV and dining table for 8 persons. Open kitchen with electric stove, refrigerator/freezer, microwave oven and electric kettle. Bedroom with a double bed. Bathroom with a shower, separate toilet. Upstairs there are there more bedrooms – the first two each with two single beds and the third with one double bed and one single bed. The second bathroom with bathtube and toilet. Central heating (solid fuel). There is pergola with garden furniture and portable grill at disposal. Own parking lot on the fenced land.

Note on accommodation

The accommodation is always from Saturday to Friday, it is possible to extend the stay for a fee until Saturday. One dog allowed for a fee € 6,-/dog/night. Cot possible – after agreement and for a fee EUR 4,-/day. The consumption of electricity is in the price included. You have to bring your own bed linen or you can borrow it for a fee EUR 4,-/set. The second, absolut identical half of the house is also offered to rent and you can find it under our code ZC 0025. The house is suitable for maximum of 8/9 Persons.

Location description

In a beautiful landscape of West Bohemia, in the vicinity of village Sedlecko, ca. 11 km north of the town Susice and only 35 km from the border with Germany. The house stands in a closed area of a farm with a chapelle, at a privat pond, where it is possible to fish. The region is rich in forests and ponds and offers ideal conditions for hiking, cycling (in the surrounding lead many marked trails) and taking various trips. From the many sightseeings in the area are to mention: castle and chateau Velhartice 16 km, ruins of castles Rabi 17 km and Kasperk 22 km, town Klatovy with catacombs 20 km, water castle Svihov 34 km and others.
Distances: Basic foods (Ustalec) 3 km, restaurant (hotel Krutenice ****) 3 km, supermarket, some restaurants and other amenities (Susice) 11 km. In-door swimming pool (9 x 4 m), sauna, tennis courte, horse back riding (riding hall, scamps in the free terrain, covered hall, out-door scene and riding training), childrens playground, rental of bicycles and restaurant (hotel Krutenice ****) 3 km.
