Pets welcome (only small and non-conflicting ones up to 15 kg, not fighting breeds, CZK 90/night). Electricity consumption above 30 kWh per week is paid on the spot. Refundable deposit CZK 2,000. The landlord asks guests to bring home shoes and change shoes in the house. The owner's house also stands on the same property, in which a gym with exercise bike, table tennis (possibility of connecting an automatic trainer), billiards and darts is available to guests upon agreement. It is also possible to arrange meals here (breakfast, half board or full board). Upon agreement with the lessor, the possibility of renting 2 bicycles for a fee of CZK 200/bike/day and renting sports equipment (tennis and badminton rackets, balls). Sauna fee 300 CZK (stove on for 1.5 hours). The lessor can organize a sports tournament for you. The lessor reserves the right to make any minor changes and adjustments to the facility's equipment during the season. Fees to the municipality and the fee for the dog are paid in advance to the account. Special cancellation conditions apply to this property: 90 or more days before arrival 50% of the price, 89 or less days before arrival 100% of the price. In agreement with the landlord there is a possibility of renting 4 bicycles and sports equipment (tennis and badminton rackets, balls, bow). Tourist fee and fee for a dog are paid in advance to the account. Cancellation conditions apply for this object: 90 or more days before arrival 50% of the price, 89 days or less before the stay 100% cancellation fee. In west Bohemia, on the outskirts of the village Písařova Vesce, about 7 km southwest of Tachov, 27 km from Marianske Lazne and only 26 km from the German border Rozvadov-Waidhaus. State border with Germany is just 14 km. The house stands on a quiet spot near the woods, amidst beautiful countryside in a protected area "Czech Forest. Untouched nature invites to hike and cycle (beautiful marked hiking trails and bicycle paths), walk along the forest paths, mushroom and forest fruit picking. The whole area is a former border territory that was inaccessible to the public, and the natur remained a beautiful and intact. There are many interesting places, sights and excursion destinations - for example, Marianske Lazne 27 km, Konstantinovy Lazne 35 km, ruins Primda 20 km and Krasikov 35 km, castle Kynžvart and monastery Teplá 30 km, a historic town Tachov with a museum 7 km, known spa town of Karlovy Vary and Frantiskovy Lazne 60 km.
