Detached house with fenced garden and covered terrace. The living area is located on the first floor (ground floor unoccupied). Kitchen with dining table, fireplace and kitchen with two-burner electric stove, small oven, microwave, kettle and utensils. Separate dining room with table for 6 people and LCD TV. First bedroom with a double bed and a single bed. Second bedroom with two single beds. Third bedroom with a double bed and a single bed. Bathroom with bath, sink and toilet. Second toilet on the ground floor. Heating of the building with a fireplace and electric heaters. Available garage for bicycle storage. Fenced garden, trampoline, fireplace and outdoor seating with gas fireplace in the pergola. Parking by the accommodation facility for up to 3 vehicles.

Pets allowed by arrangement (only small breed, fee 450 CZK / animal / week). Baby cot available on request. The price includes electricity consumption up to 20 kWh, WiFi connection and bedding. Refundable deposit 3,000 CZK. The building is suitable for 8 people and 1 baby.
In southern Bohemia, in the foothills of the Šumava Mountains, 15 km from Vimperk and 14 km west of Volyně. The house is located in a quiet village Precin near the village Vacov. The place is suitable for a quiet holiday, walks in the woods or cycling on many local bike paths with beautiful views of the Bohemian Forest. Thanks to the Šumava Park, there are many natural attractions, but also monuments of historical and cultural character. In the region you can visit for example Vimperk Castle (16 km), Helfenburk ruins (28 km), Hoslovice Water Mill (9 km), Kašperk Castle (18 km) or Javorník Peak (8 km) with a lookout tower.
Distances: Grocery, ATM, post office (Vacov) 2 km, restaurant (Vacov, according to the current situation) 2 km and (Javorník) 5 km, supermarket, cafes, confectioneries and all civic amenities (Vimperk) 15 km, bike path (directly in the village), swimming pool (Rohanov) 4 km, forest up to 200 m. Zadov complex (16 km) - ski resort, bike park, scooter rental and rope park.
Pluses
Klidné místo, dvě parkovací místa, celkově jsme byli spokojeni.
Minuses
V plotu byly diry, meli jsme psa, ktery je hned objevil. Celkovy dojem mi malinko kazil, ze nebyly k dispozici ručníky, do pulky pobytu jsme meli problem s teplou vodou, to majitel vyřešil po zavolání a pozadavky majitele na závěrečný úklid. Myslim, ze tyto věci by měli byt v cene. Jako vytírání podlahy a převlekání povlečení.
