Stylish cottage with its own fenced garden, after a tasteful reconstruction in 2020. Entrance from the yard, hallway, living room with leather seating group, LCD TV, radio, dining table for 6 people, tiled stove and kitchenette with electric two-burner stove, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle and kitchenware. Two separate bedrooms, each with a double bed and a single bed (each can be divided into two beds). Bathroom with two sinks, shower, mini washing machine and toilet. The building is heated by a fireplace with an exchanger. Sauna, table football, fully fenced garden with outdoor seating under the pergola, garden fireplace, grill, garden shower and above-ground pool available. For children, a sandpit, a trampoline, a swing, a children's pool, and a house with toys in the garden. Parking in an enclosed garden for 2 vehicles.

In western Bohemia, in the foothills of the Šumava Mountains, near the Hnačovský pond, 22 km east of Klatovy and 20 km from Sušice. The cottage is located in a quiet village of Plichtice, less than 3 km from Zavlekov. A typical Czech countryside with a beautiful landscape and many opportunities for cycling trips between meadows and forests awaits you here. We definitely recommend a visit to the Šumava National Park, which is often sought after for its unique nature, as well as the state castle Velhartice (15 km), the monumental ruins of the castle Rabí (19 km) or the reservoir Nýrsko (38 km). In Klatovy (22 km) you will find an aqua park, the Black Tower, catacombs and activities for the whole family.
