Modern renovated spacious cottage (in 2023) with a children's playground and a total of eight bedrooms. Large fully equipped professional kitchen with combi oven, kettle, fridge freezer, electric cooker, toaster, microwave and dishwasher. Common room with dining tables, wine cellar, lever coffee machine and fireplace. On the first floor there are a total of three apartments, each with four beds and a private bathroom. On the second floor, a total of 4 apartments, each with four beds and a bathroom. Part of the building is a small artisanal coffee roaster, where an excursion or coffee tasting can be arranged. The coffee roaster is staffed by employees who do not disturb the guests' privacy in any way. Heating the building with a pellet boiler. In front of the building, a children's playground with swings, a fireplace and access to the stream and the surrounding woods. Parking in front of the building.

Surrounded by forests, secluded, close to the peaceful nature of Šumava, part of the village of Nové Hutě, 13 km by car east of Kvilda (7 km on foot) and 13 km west of Vimperek. Bicycle lovers can explore the picturesque part of Šumava surrounded by endless virgin forests and tourist attractions. Excursion destinations in the vicinity include e.g. Chalupská slať and Borová Lada 5 km on foot, Zdíkov castle 11 km, Zadov ropeway center 12 km, Jezerní slať observation tower 13 km, Vimperk artillery bastion and castle 13 km, Boubín lookout tower 21 km and the castle Kašperk 28 km. In the winter, Zadov ski area 10 km, Kvilda ski area 13 km by car, 7 km on foot, and for children and beginners the Nové Huty ski area, which can be reached on skis directly from the cottage.
