The newly renovated cottage offers enough space in two common living rooms, in one of which you will find a TV, a fireplace, a large couch, a sofa and a relaxing chair, the other is connected to the kitchen. There is one double bed (can be used as a full-sized double bed or relaxing sofa) and dining area. The kitchen, which is directly connected to one of the living rooms, is equipped with all utensils, an electric oven, a ceramic hob, a microwave oven, a kettle, a fridge with a freezer, a coffee machine and a dishwasher. In addition to the living rooms and the kitchen, further down on the ground floor of the cottage you will find a bathroom with a bathtub and a toilet. Upstairs there is one larger 4-bed bedroom with a double bed and two single beds. For undisturbed sleep, there are also two rooms (one with two beds and one with three beds with an extra bed), which have a separate entrance from the lockable inner courtyard of the cottage. A second bathroom with shower, toilet, washing machine and dryer is accessible from the inner courtyard. The yard is lockable, you can store your bikes in it. You can enjoy rest and absolute relaxation in a large garden with mature trees, where guests have a grill, a fireplace, a garden swing or a garden children's playground (swings, slide). You can also enjoy peace and quiet in the covered sitting area in the yard, where there is also table tennis and a children's corner with a children's swing, a sandpit and a playhouse for children. Free parking in the yard of the building.

Pets are allowed only by prior arrangement (CZK 150/night/pet). There is free Wi-Fi. Electricity is included in the price, except for the electric boiler, which, if used, is paid for on site. Refundable deposit of CZK 3,000. Bed linen, towels, a cot and a high chair are also available. Cancellation fee in case of 61 or more days before arrival - 30% of the price of short-term accommodation, further according to v.o.p. The total capacity of the cottage, including 2 separately accessible rooms, is 10 people.

The farm is located in a secluded area in the cadastre of the village of Nišovice (approx. 20 km from Vimperek and Prachatice), in the wonderful Šumava nature in the middle of forests and pastures with horses. The place is suitable for family recreation, stays with small children, relaxing stays and active holidays. The estate is also a very popular place for recreation for cyclists, for whom the surrounding nature offers many wonderful routes and trips. In the vicinity you can visit, for example, the synagogue, museum and fortress in Volyne (3 km), Čestice castle (10 km), the town of Vimperk (16 km) or the nearby Šumava National Park.
