A cottage with a beautiful view, a sauna and a cozy sitting area by the fireplace. On the ground floor, a Tuscan-style kitchen with a dining area. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge with freezer, microwave oven, glass ceramic hob, oven, kettle, toaster, capsule coffee machine, dishwasher and air conditioning. Living room with sitting area, fireplace and TV. Bedroom with double bed. Modern bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. On the upper floor, a bedroom with a double bed and a separate folding bed with access to the mansard, where there are two extra beds. Third bedroom with double bed and balcony. Second toilet with sink. The building is heated by a fireplace and a heat pump. Fenced garden with sitting area, sauna with outdoor shower and outdoor fireplace. Possibility to store bicycles in the garage. Parking is right next to the cottage for up to 5 cars.

In western Bohemia, in a quiet part of the village of Loučany, approx. 10 km south of the town of Klatovy, 35 km northwest of Sušice and only 41 km from the border with Germany. From the cottage there is a wonderful view of the valley and the wooded hills of Šumava. Very pleasant surroundings, ideal for (mountain) tourism, cycling and undertaking various trips to the surroundings. You can visit, for example, the ruins of Klenová 4 km on foot, the reconstructed Baroque castle Týnec 3 km, the observation tower Svatá Markéta 13 km, the water castle Švihov 21 km, the fortress Dešenice 19 km, the castle Lužany 29 km and the castle and historic town of Domažlice 33 km.
