Newly built house in 2013 on its own fenced property, with two terraces and a beautiful view of the Black Tower and the Šumava Mountains. Entrance, hallway, living room connected to the kitchen. Kitchen with stove (gas), electric oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker, kettle and kithenware. In the living room there is a seating group for 4 people, a table, a bar counter for 2 people, a radio, an LCD TV and a fireplace. The room has access to a spacious L-shaped terrace with seating and sun lounger. Up the narrow stairs enter the large attic bedroom with a double bed and two single beds. From the bedroom there is access to a covered balcony with a sitting area and a wonderful view of the city skyline together with the Šumava hills. The ground floor bathroom with shower, sink, toilet and washing machine. Heating the house with electric heaters and local stoves. Guests have at their disposal a fenced garden, a garden seating area and a stone barbecue. Parking on an enclosed property and in front of the house for 2 cars.

In western Bohemia, on the edge of a small cottage settlement, about 1 km on foot to the center of Klatovy. The house is located in a quiet suburb of Klatovy, near the park, offering an ideal connection between recreation and accessibility for fun and exploration. On the square in Klatovy, you can visit the medieval catacombs (950 m). In the wider area, visit the famous Švihov Water Castle (10 km), Velhartice Castle and Open-Air Museum (22 km), Rabí Castle (35 km) and Kašperk (47 km). Children will certainly appreciate the Rope Center in Klatovy (20 km), Offpark Sušice (23 km) or Adventure golf in Hrádek (21 km). If you like water sports, go to the swimming pool in Klatovy (3 km), to the Pískovna swimming pool (4 km), to the Dolany swimming pool (8 km) or to the Strážov swimming pool (17 km).
