Detached, large house, built in 2000, effective fournished. Entrance, hallway, living room with 8-person dining area, fire stove, satellite TV. Open kitchen including 2 hotplates, kettle and microwave. New bathroom with shower, separate toilet. Bedroom with two single beds and access to second bedroom with two single beds. Upstairs you´ll find the second half bathroom with shower and toilet and three bedrooms, with respectively a double bed, two single beds and three single beds. Some extras as kitchenette in the bedroom, sink, sitting area. Electric central heating. The house is on a private land, own parking for 4 cars. You have at disposal garden furniture with umbrella, portable barbecue and campfire place.

One dog after agreement allowed. The neighbour has horses, after an agreement horseback riding possible. There is a table tennis in the basement at disposal and in the winter you can store there also your ski equipment. The consumption of electricity over 50 kWh per week shall be paid on the spot. The house is suitable for maximum of 11 persons.

In the heart of the National Park "Bohemian Forest", ca 1000 m high, at the edge of the small mountain village Kubova Hut, about 9 km south of the city Vimperk. You live here near the jungle Boubin and the most beautiful nature landscape of Bohemian Forest with mountains, deep forests, valleys, mountain brooks, forest lakes, and pastures. From the house you have view over the landscape, valley, meadow and wooded mountains. This area has much to offer for an active holiday in summer and in winter. In the summer hiking, cycling, discover the unique natural beauty, forest fruit picking and more. In winter the area offers several opportunities for skiing and cross–country skiing. You ca make trips to the jungle Boubin (walking), castle Vimperk, the source of the river Vltava, the Bohemian Forest National Park, Plešné lake, Lipno lake, castle ruin Kasperk.
