Unique historical house (at „St. Katherine“), rebuilt in the old style with a feeling the atmosphere and cosily furnished, the interior is adorned with many hunting trophies. This house has used to been used as former chapel of St. Katherine from the year of 1370 – in the time of reign of Carl IV and later as a refuge of the suzerain Petr Vok. The house is protected and after complete reconstruction in 2005. Entrance, hall, kitchen with 4 electric hot-plates, big refrigerator, coffee maker, tea kettle and microwave oven. Bathroom with shower and toilet. Living room/bedroom with sitting suit, one double bed, fire stove, sat-TV and a balcony with the direct access to the garden. On the first floor there is a hall with small bar fridge, living bedroom with sitting, fire stove, one double bed, one single bed, sat-TV and access to a covered balcony with sitting – you can enjoy a view of the castle while having a cup of coffee in the morning. Bathroom with shower and toilet. On the second floor there is a third bathroom with shower and toilet, large living bedroom with styled sofa and coffee table, sat-TV, two double beds and a cot. Further more a smaller bedroom with one double bed and arm-chair. Electric heating. Small fenced garden (70 m2) directly borders with the river. There is nice garden sitting, parasols, barbecue, fire pit, table football, badminton and other entertainment available. Own parking-site by the house.

Cot at disposal. Pets allowed. Wifi. You have washing machine with dryer, ironing-board and iron at disposal. You can use a canoe. The bedlinen and towels are included. Possibility of storing the bicycles in the cellar. The consumption of electricity over 50 kWh per week shall be paid on the spot. House is suitable for a maximum of 11 persons + 1 baby. In the house you will found an offer of many trips. The landlord can reserve the boating on the Vltava river in canoes or rafts in chosen distance inc. re-collection on request, also can book the bobsleigh track in Slideland Lipno nad Vltavou and he can also book tickets for a view of a castle Rozmberk nad Vltavou, the Cistercian monastery in Vyssi Brod and chateau in Cesky Krumlov, followed by a romantic dinner in the catacombs.

In South Bohemia, in the centre of a small historical town Rozmberk nad Vltavou. Absolutely unique place on the bank of the river Vltava with the view of a wonderfull castle. If you go out in front of the house, you are directly in the historical centre with shops, restaurants, coffee bars and other facilities – everything accessible on foot. One small and cosy restaurant is found directly next to the house and when sitting on your terrace you can even order food and drink from the waiter, without leaving your garden! That you can enjoy a nice view of ther river, forest and castle too. In peace you can watch the rafts or canoes flowing around on the river. In the surroundings there are many sightseeings – e.g. castle Rozmberk 100 m, monastery Vyssi Brod 9 km, historical town of Cesky Krumlov (under the monument protection of UNESCO) with beautiful chateau and unique open-ain theather 25 km, monastery Zlata Koruna 31 km, chateau Hluboka nad Vltavou, hunting lodge Ohrada and the Zoo 52 km.
Distances: Basic foods and restaurants 100 - 300 m, supermarket (Cesky Krumlov) 25 km. In-door swimming pool and sauna (Marina Lipno) 17 km or (Cesky Krumlov) 25 km. Bathing 100 m. Renting rafts on the spot – the landlord can arrange it for you. The possibility to buy a fishing permit for a private pond (catch guarenteed) – the pond is ca. 30 km distanced. The forest 100 m.
